02 · Browsing and freight enquiries

Website and support servers may process IP addresses, request times, page addresses and technical error information to deliver and protect the services. The quote tool prepares a shipment summary in your browser. Choosing live chat shows the shipment and contact details for confirmation; confirming sends that enquiry to JCN. Email drafts and copying remain available. Browsing or typing does not send the fields to live chat or an AI service.

03 · Optional live chat

Live chat connects only after you allow it and choose to open it. Merely browsing the website does not connect the chat service or notify an agent. Chatwoot software runs on our configured support server at support.robopartscustom.com. It processes a conversation identifier, your messages, files and contact details you choose to provide, and technical information such as IP and chat page address. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

JCN staff use the messages to respond to enquiries and coordinate shipments. A conversation may be assigned to a member of the customer-service team and trigger an email notification to that member. If everyone is away, leave your enquiry and a way to reach you; an immediate reply or automatic assignment is not guaranteed. No registration or compulsory email field is required to start a message.

04 · Cookies and browser storage

There are no analytics or advertising trackers. The privacy decision is stored in localStorage under jcn-consent-v1, with notice version 2, separate language/chat choices and decision/expiry timestamps. It is valid for up to 180 days. Older choices do not automatically permit this new chat service. The optional jcn-language key remembers English or Chinese only when allowed.

After chat opens, the chat SDK uses the first-party cw_conversation cookie to resume the conversation and may use cw_snooze_campaigns_till for its display state. The embedded support service may use its own browser storage. Loading chat connects to the support server; it is not an analytics consent. If browser storage is unavailable, privacy choices apply to this page only and conversation continuity may be limited.

You can change either choice in Cookie settings. “Necessary only” keeps both optional choices off. Closing the notice is not consent. Allowing chat does not connect it until you click its entry point. Language switching, telephone, email and the quote tool remain available without chat permission.

05 · Stopping chat and sharing information

Turning off chat permission removes the live chat frame, stops its connection and clears this website’s chat cookies. It does not erase messages already sent, the support server’s records, or all storage belonging to the embedded service. Use browser controls to clear that service’s stored data, and contact us for a record-deletion request. Closing the chat window alone keeps an allowed session connected so replies can arrive.

Authorised JCN staff and the administrators maintaining the service can access information as their roles allow. Website hosting, support, email and communication providers process information needed to operate those services. If we later coordinate a shipment, necessary business information may be shared with the relevant logistics partners. Service providers and recipients may process information in other countries.

06 · Retention and security

Browser permissions expire after 180 days and are checked on later visits and when a page becomes visible. Support messages and business correspondence are retained according to operational needs and applicable obligations; this notice does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date. We use access controls and encrypted service connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

07 · Your requests

Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify the request and consider information we must retain. Browser permission changes do not themselves delete sent emails or support records.

08 · Updates

This notice covers the current website and optional customer-service integration. We will revise it when the way we process information changes and request a new browser choice when optional services materially change.

网站及客服服务器可能处理 IP 地址、请求时间、页面地址、技术错误等信息，用于提供和保护服务。询价工具在浏览器中整理摘要。选择联系客服后，会先展示货物摘要与联系方式供你确认；确认发送后，才传入 JCN 在线客服。也可自行发送邮件或复制摘要。单纯填写、浏览不会将表单字段传给在线客服或 AI 服务。

03 · 可选的在线客服

只有你允许并主动开启聊天后，才会连接客服服务。单纯浏览网站不会连接聊天服务，也不会通知客服人员。我们在所配置的 support.robopartscustom.com 客服服务器运行 Chatwoot 软件，处理会话标识、你发送的消息、文件和主动提供的联系信息，以及 IP、聊天页面地址等技术信息。请勿发送密码、银行卡信息或非必要的敏感内容。

中力巨华团队使用消息回应询价、协商运输。会话可能分配给客服，并触发发往该人员的通知邮件。全员离线时，请留下需求与方便联系的方式；不保证立即回复或自动分配。开始发送消息无需注册，也不强制填写邮箱。

04 · Cookie 与浏览器存储

本网站没有安装统计或广告追踪。隐私决定通过 localStorage 中的 jcn-consent-v1 保存，包括说明版本 2、独立的语言与聊天选择、决定及到期时间，最长有效 180 天。旧版本决定不会自动授权新增客服服务。只有允许记住语言后，可选的 jcn-language 才保存英文或中文偏好。

开启聊天后，客服 SDK 使用本网站的 cw_conversation Cookie 恢复会话，也可能使用 cw_snooze_campaigns_till 保存显示状态；嵌入的客服服务可能使用其自身浏览器存储。加载聊天会连接客服服务器，不等于允许统计追踪。浏览器禁止存储时，隐私选择仅对当前页面有效，会话连续性也可能受限。

你可随时通过Cookie 设置独立更改两个选项。“仅必要”关闭两个可选项；关闭提示不表示同意。即使允许聊天，也只在点击入口后连接。关闭客服不影响语言切换、电话、邮件及询价工具。

05 · 停止连接与信息共享

关闭聊天授权会移除聊天窗口、停止连接并清除本网站的聊天 Cookie，但不会删除已经发送的消息、客服服务器记录或嵌入服务的全部存储。可通过浏览器清除该服务的存储，并联系我们提出记录删除请求。仅关闭聊天窗口会保留已获允许的连接，以便接收回复。

获授权的中力巨华人员及维护系统的管理员按权限访问相关信息。托管、客服、邮件和通信服务方处理运营所需信息；后续协商实际运输时，可能向相应物流合作方提供必要业务信息。服务方或接收方可能在其他国家处理信息。

06 · 保存与安全

浏览器授权在 180 天后到期，并在后续访问及页面重新可见时检查。客服消息与业务通信根据实际工作及适用义务保存，本说明不承诺固定日期自动删除。我们使用权限控制和加密连接，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。

07 · 你的请求

你可以联系我们了解、访问、更正或请求删除相关信息，或提出隐私问题。处理时可能需要核验身份，并考虑必须保留的信息。修改浏览器授权不会自动删除已发送邮件或客服记录。

08 · 更新

本说明适用于当前网站及可选客服接入。信息处理方式变化时，我们会更新说明；可选服务发生实质变化时，将重新询问浏览器中的选择。
